Is Nuqrah jewellery real silver?

Yes. Every piece is 925 sterling silver, which means it is 92.5% pure silver, the international hallmark for genuine silver. We finish pieces with rhodium or gold plating to protect the shine. We never sell silver-plated base metal as silver.

What metal and plating do you use?

All Nuqrah jewellery is 925 sterling silver, plated with rhodium or gold to maintain shine and durability. Stones are genuine zircon or gemstones, listed on each product page.

Do you deliver cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver COD to every major city, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta, and everywhere in between. You pay only when your order reaches your door. No card needed.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock orders ship within 24 hours and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days in major cities. Remote areas can take 5 to 7 days.

How do I care for my silver jewellery?

Wear it often, your skin's natural oils help keep it bright. Keep it away from perfume, lotion, and chemicals, and take it off before chores, workouts, or sleep. Store it in a dry, sealed place. Read our full silver care guide.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If there is a quality issue, refuse delivery or report it within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. For other valid reasons, you can request a return within 14 days for store credit or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Change of mind is not accepted. See our full return and exchange policy.

What does the 6-month warranty cover?

Every piece is covered for 6 months from delivery against faults in how it was made: a clasp or hook that fails in normal wear, a stone that comes loose from a sound setting, a solder joint that opens, or a plating fault that was there when the piece arrived. We repair first, and replace a piece if it cannot be repaired properly. You pay the courier to send it in, we pay to send it back.

Tarnishing, plating wear and everyday scratches are not faults. Silver tarnishes, that is what silver does. So we include one free re-polish and re-plate inside your 6 months instead. Send the piece back and we will refresh it at no charge.

Do you have a physical store?

Nuqrah is an online store based in Karachi. All orders are placed on nuqrah.com and delivered to your door across Pakistan.

Do you make custom orders?

Sometimes. We take on select custom pieces depending on the design. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind and we will let you know if we can make it.
