Refund policy
We at Nuqrah firmly believe that you as our customer deserve the best. We put our genuine efforts in ensuring that we meet your expectations by providing authentic and quality products. As much as we would like to be perfect, unfortunately sometimes we can make mistakes. And if we are unable to meet your expectations, you have every right to return or exchange the product(s) you ordered.
We encourage you to check the product thoroughly at the time of delivery. If there is any quality issue, you may choose to not accept the delivery and return the product right away without making payment. If you discover a quality issue after you have accepted the product, you may report the issue by reaching out to us at info@nuqrah.com via email within 48 hours of the time of delivery. Please use the subject “Defective Product” and include photographic evidence of the product defect in your email. You will be provided with the return shipping address, and we will inspect the product once we receive it to validate your claim. After your claim has been validated, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refund will be made via bank transfer and will be processed within 10 working days of its validation.
If your reason for return is other than a product defect, you may still initiate a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at info@nuqrah.com with your order details and return reason. Upon acceptance of your return, you will be provided with the return shipping address and will be eligible for store credit for the amount of your purchase. The store credit can be used up to one year for purchasing any other product or products. You may also choose to have your product exchanged and avail the residual value (if any) in the form of store credits. We value your satisfaction above all else, but we will not be able to accept “change of mind” as a reason for the return.
For all returns, the products should be unused and have the original packaging along with the invoice. We deeply regret the hassle and the shipping cost incurred by you in returning our products and hope that together we can build a relationship of mutual trust that survives such inconveniences.
